1.  Open www.jio.com on your browser.
  2.  Click the Sign In Option
     
  3.  And After That Enter The Jio Number 
  4. Click the Get OTP on the Given Option.
  5. OTP Send in Your Mobile Phone And Enter the OTP on the given Option
  6. Up Side Picture See the Option and then click.
  7. Select The Option Service Request 
  8. Select The Option Raise Request
  9. And Some are Option Available then Fill all Jio network Problem Describe on the Given Note..
  10. After That Click Option Submit ..
